I know some property bull colleagues at work

they are questioning their decisions now

you would be surprised at how little financial education some very educated people have

endless declines over the last few months

thoughts of...i should have sold a year or 2 ago...maybe in a few years time it will regain the same price...maybe it wont

but think of all that paper wealth going up in smoke

but as a bull you have to steel yourself and think...all those property seminars can't be wrong can they????? they told me i would retire before i was 30, using OPM
