And just to re-emphasise my last post...
"THR has a Ore Reserve of 2.15Mt @ 0.49%...
...with an estimate "Stage 1/Phase 1 of 1.4Mt @ 0.6%"
Having high grade (especially high grades near the surface) is favourable to the economic of the project. Why?
Quoting from the 30/1/12 Announcement:
"The upper levels of the resource estimate contain relatively high tungsten grades, providing in strong early cash flow and early pay-back of project capital."
- 47,948 Tonnes @ 0.73% WO3
- 359,207 Tonnes @ 0.57% WO3
- 439,589 Tonnes @ 0.47% WO3
(** Figures obtained from 30/1/12 Ann, Table 3 p3)
"Resource Grades" is a major factor the market takes into consideration. Companies with high grades will be favourable. Just look at the Graphite sector at the moment.
THR is in a favourable position. THOR might have a small resource size but HIGH grades and the mine is open in several directions for future upgrades.
All will reveal in 3-4 weeks.
