Doesn't yet another fact, on top of previous mgt lies, (i.e. that they did not clearly describe when / who is eligible etc) sound an alarm for you guys ?

I had taken interest in AYN, then invested a bit, but had to sell with small loss, because I did not like the 2nd hit on the long term support near 8c.

This has became an extremely speculative stock now. And one who buys / holds / subscribes shall be aware of it with all consequences (good or bad). Add today's severe correctioon on the whole ASX, which might prolong further and the picture is dim ... Why gamble instead of investing ?
