Well we don't thats what I was saying about the details....I'd be surprised if AYN would come out and say the ex. date for the offer was days earlier meaning sellers after would still be able to get shares + opts on older holdings ...most of the CR I've seen have had ex. dates many days after the ann. IMHO AYN will be the same


In addition, Alcyone is currently finalising details for a share offer to all eligible shareholders on similar terms to raise up to a further $4 million, which will provide existing shareholders with the opportunity to participate in the raising.
