re: Ann: Directors Resignation and Transition... You know, I wasnt going to comment on this but I cant resist. Maybe its the way my mind works I dont know - but doesnt this management announcement seem a little bit odd? I think we may be missing something..

    Things playing on my mind:
    1. Both Frank and Peter took up their full allocation of rights, whilst Frank took up an over-allocation. i.e they pumped 30K+ into the company.

    2. Prima facie, this indicates confidence. However, two weeks later, they resigned? Odd. Additionally Frank has agreed to stay on for AT LEAST another qtr to assist in the 'transition'.

    3. Frank was favoured by the market. Peter rarely faced-off against the public/shareholders. Ultimately Peter was THE ONE running the company, yet Frank was the face.

    4. I've looked through the ORD register. There is no doubt in my mind that Frank indirectly controls a min. of 6% of the company - no doubt about it. Larger than CNMIM. Bruce McInnes, and Five Ways Investment Management are there in the Top 20. He also has substantial support from other major shareholders I know.

Of course I am merely speculating (and its probably far-fetched), but I am thinking its a possibility that Frank might ascend or appoint a related party. What does everyone think?
