Yes, you are right about this overrated ramping of values of 50 cents or so... it adds no value to any discussion and detracts from any realistic valuations. Unfortunately boards are littered with these wild predictions that never amount to much. Personally I have never seen one of these wild predictions go anywhere... well certainly not since 2007.
A lot of time these posters try to intimidate others or belittle any more reasonable view of value or sharemarket strategy... there will be plenty of money to be made on buying in/out of bmb for a while yet but its yet to be determined if the long term goals will be achieved... hopefully a few will.
As they say sell in May and go away i.e. the end of year sell offs is far more likely to impact on the short term good news we are all hoping for and possibly detract from the sp moving up.
