Gomes: "where the hell's my prepaid envelope?"

Funny how when they suspect voter backlash, they make it as hard as possible to register. The boxes to be marked (ticks? crosses?) are about 1 millimeter square. There's no shareholder number, so all replies will have to be manually checked against the register - illegible writing will go into the rubbish bin.

My suggestion: Fill out the form neatly and correctly, and post it in your own envelope with your own stamp (or in a prepaid envelope stolen from your day-job. . . . . like I did)
