I was wondering what would happen to PC's unvested free BTA share options after he leave the company?
PC, as a CEO, is a BIG failure to Biota. If this is not clear, his previous role as CEO in the other company also confirms this.
He even could not remember clearly the time when BARDA funding was granted. I doubt how much he was involved in the process to secure the BARDA funding.
Also, in one of his Open briefings, the commented negatively that the remaining Biota's pipelines tended not to be qualified for BARDA funding. An idiotic comment indeed as he did not have to say that. Comparing PC's past public comments with JF's recent comments (interview), it is a big difference.
Luckily he is retiring and will not offer his failure to other company in the future.
Now, it is a focus that how much PC will take away from Biota when he leaves the company.
