re: Ann: Directors Resignation and Transition... I just re-read the transition announcement and it does assure the market that all objectives are on track to be met going forward. This for me releases some tension and the fact that we have enough cash for the next two years to get us through SJ drilling and Sarco IPO gives me even more cause for ease not to mention possible sale/ farmin for CF. The $10M facility could be used for 'new initiatives' in my opinion. Lets see what the new directors can offer in steering the company(personal feeling is that CNMIM is calling the shots and forced Peter and Frank to exit, wouldnt be surprised to see CNMIM former staff appointed as directors) Announcement as to company strategy expected in next 3 weeks.
