As I said before SBL the deal has been always structured to hold a gun to the head of PRH shareholders.

So unless we are given an independent alternative proposition the choice is simple - death of become a SLR shareholder. That is why I have said before that I will naturally vote yes is there is no other suitable alternative....and that's not rocket science just common sense! So Dicky your arbitrage play is pretty safe and hopefully SLR go on to bigger and better things for you....but there is always risk.
