Veremonte now hold 10% and 22.5m shares.

So, I did some more reading on Veremonte. Veremonte International BV own the Veremonte conglomerate trademark on the company Veremonte:

So we have Veremonte injecting money into GLA. Veremonte is heavily into agriculture. It also did a $1.08b takeover of a bio-diesel firm in Brasil in September 2011:

Interesting stuff having them buy our shares. We have a resource, the DPC technology, and the feedstock for the technology. I note on page 12 of the current presentation that GLA is in discussion with plantation groups for plantation supply:
