dividends paid from borrowings, page-3

Stefanis and Valinvestor, I value your opinions very highly.Thanks for your detailed post Stefanis. I have been looking at WHG from purely dividend yield exercise. My partner and I are in our mid sixtees, hence our caution, as we had been terribly burnt in not so long ago past.
I basically like WHG, only disturbing comment by Valinvestor is that they are borrowing to pay dividend. I couldn't read that anywhere in their announcements. Do they have to make it public? And is it true??? Your comments will be most appreciated.
