Peter thats the problem- there are no facts to support that except your comment about the overall market - if so how do you explain todays sea of red all over the globe the past 24 hours thanks to poor job reports out of US and the Austerity discussions about Greece etc....and yet QPN manages to be up 16% today- but your comment that we may retest .003c with no substantial support to that argument except for the fact that the market conditions are poor is unsubstantiated reasoning - essentially you are suggesting in your statement that the share price will drop another 100%+
Anyway ............
In terms of Broker reports they are what they are- IMO essentially a guide or indication if the company achieve the measures -
In my professional opinion the share price will only hit 2c + if the market decides ...im sure you would agree with that!
