As mentioned in yesterday's posts, this stock seems to be tightly held by a number of us here on HC forum and of course the directors & Top 7.
The low volume in the last few days backs that up. Holders (especially LT holders) are holding firm even in the mist of all the dramas around in europe and the US.
Fundamental hasn't changed. If it wasn't for the delay, we would be trading somewhere between 5c to 6c now (day-traders could possibly push it even higher).
Compare this to some of the other major players, THR is still the "CHEAPEST QUALITY" Tungsten play on the ASX at 2-3c per share.
- KIS is trading at ~15-16c
- WLF is trading at ~ 32C
- CNQ is trading at ~ 11-12c
Our resource & projected Molyhil Economics are comparable & just as good as these big boys (better in some aspects too). DYOR.
IMO, the market has set eyes on THR as the most prospective tungsten company on the ASX. The share price spoke for itself during the last two months (before the "delay news of the DFS"). At one point, it even hit past 4c (4.2c highest) on just the anticipation of the DFS (~ a rise of 100% since beginning of march). Compare this to one of the big boys e.g. KIS...KIS's DFS was released on 1/3/12. There wasn't much of a run leading into the news OR after.
Recent updates on Molyhil (THR's Tungsten project) has suggested a robust case for mining & siginificant improvement in many aspects (e.g. resource size, recovery rate, revenue etc). All will reveal when the DFS is released. THR is still undervalued. The share price should reflect it's true value (or at least partially) when the DFS is out. With off-take and finance finalising shortly after the DFS (possibly weeks), 6-7c/share could be a possibility if it all goes well.
...And that's just the short-term perspective...
