I know foundation rail agreements are in place, and the company was working on a rail DFS before concluding commercial terms etc for use of the rail with the state body that runs it.
Port studies were undertaken with 6 options for use floated, with 1 optiion favoured. Talks with the port authority were progressing. The recent quarterly said CDIS had been hired and were looking at the rail/port studies done to date with the view of progressing them, and that this work was being completed in conjunction with PAPN.
Coming along nicely in my eyes. Would like the pen already on paper (well it half is with the rail), but it takes time and expertise, I guess that's why they brought in CDIS, to work in conjuction with the Congolese and finish the work off.
