    Hotfire,I agree with your summary 100%.

    AGO are,demonstrably,a professionally managed company and most certainly would have ensured that their utilisation of Port Capacity, both existing and in the future, would be established in watertight contractual,agreements.

    The West Australian Govt. would be extremely supportive of any exporting miner's right, to have existing agreements honoured...( and pocket the royalties!!)

    There are no doubt "escape clauses" for either party, but I have no doubts that AGO will be abiding by their reqd. contractual obligations whilst aiming for their stated shipping volume increases...
