I completely agree, that shocked me that expenditure, given the precarious condition of the company. Their has to be something we can do. There has to be some transparency in the accounting.
I emailed the company some time back, never got a response, anyone have any better luck? I really want to get to the bottom of how management can spend that kind of money, and not provide an explanation, that has to be breaching some law, or some director duty of care.
Any lawyers out there care to shed some light on what can be done?
