Agreed with the "Need Cash NOW".
But time is running out for them to conduct a CR before the release of the DFS. It is already 10 days into May & the DFS is scheduled for a June-release (possibly early June!). So i suspect that some sort of finance will occur after the DFS is out. Even if a CR is to happen before the DFS is released. I suspect it would be to some sophisticated investors and NOT to the public as a public CR would take longer to finalised.
It would be ideal if management can wait until the DFS is released and let the share price run and stablise at a higher price before considering some sort of finanial plan to increase our Cash. At that stage, possible actions could be:
- Cash from a promt off-take/finance deal
- Sell 100% or JV Molyhill to focus on Dundas & Spring Hill (as olesadog mentioned)
- Total T/O (highly unlikely but not impossible)
- CR (to the public or other sophisticated investors)
