    it will not happen this way.

    If you were in the box seat...ie, had the funds available for Thor to access, then why would you agree to let the price run to say $0.04, when you can demand stock now @ $0.02?

    Thor are in no position to negotiate on this, unfortunately and that is due to the DFS taking so long.

    A number of financing options have been discussed and to be honest, they probably only need to raise a small amount to maintain operations while they are negotiating costs & financing for Molyhill.

    We're all positive about the DFS but the CR will come first imo, which will be a nice little sweetener to the sophisticated investors who are on the receiving end of placement funds. It's just part and parcel of the game, unfortunately where we have no choice but to spectate.
