But seriously, I think that Tasers should be banned.
If a person has an Electrical Conduction problem in the Heart, it could be triggered by a Taser strike.
It could cause an Arrythmia.
Which could be Fatal, if Help and a Defibrillator aren't available.
Ban them now!
