    The major change is that a 10 well program was to be delivered by July this year

    4 were partially delivered

    A CR was called to raise $9 mil
    Then $9 mil was to be raised through debt

    Since then the direction has stopped due to the reserve being too biig for GGP alone

    Then silence

    Plenty of reason for a change in sentiment

    Silence = BAd news in micro caps
