So far since the EGM , all bar 1 director has bought shares, they sold the Italian business and have even hinted that the savings to date may be even bigger than first thought

The company has also implemented one of Mr Prices requests in that it has rolled competitors into one Spicers brand .

So why has the share price dropped from 12c to 8.5c ?

Someone is selling and it doesn't appear that Orbis , Schroeder or Maple Brown have sold and they have over 30% between them and would need to disclose their sales .
