The effects of the rate drop and likelihood of further drops need to filter through. One way or the other it will stimulate some of the undecideds to buy and possibly stop declines or cause things to level off for a while.Many FHBs are not interested about world events, declining stats, value of the dollar etc etc - they need a roof over their head and if they can afford it will buy.
