Tony had allegations made against him many years ago that were thrown out by a court of law (and rightly so by the sound of it).
The point Albanese made wasnt about Tonys 'alleged' offence, but the fact that he had his accusation dealt with and dismissed with by a court of law. Not parlaiment, not the media , not internet forums.
Everyone is entitled to the same treatment that tony had with his case. Yet the coalition doesnt appear to respect this principle in the Thompson case.
You use the point that a court of law found tony innocent as the basis of your case of Albanese raking muck. And so you should the determination of Tony's case by a court is the whole point. Everyone is entitled to a court of law to determine there standing.
