    In reply to your post.

I am not supporting all of NKP's actions. I was merely attempting to explain what had occured and in my opinion why.

Read my signature on each of my posts. Its the "whole truth" that I seek. Unfortunately companies can get away by providing only some facts. That's the unfortunate aspect of our capitalistic system.

The Anglo JV saga is not closed as far as i am aware. Therefore NKP does not have to give a running commentary re negotiations especially if details are confidential.

Lies.... the issue here is that NKP provides its best estimate of future events and timeframes. I can only conclude that is because in Sth Africa events are volitile and never clear cut. That's not misleading shareholders. For example late last year rumour was that a deal with Anglo had been done only to be rejected by ARM.Negotiations then continued.

Failure to share important info is more to the point. NKP has a history of not providing an adequate view of what is really going on. Why? I can only assume that Genorah directors with 60% holding do not understand how poorly this reflects on NKP.The truth ( ie Concourt dispute)always comes to the surface.

As far as shareholders like me supporting the company and making excuses.I look for reasons why events unfold.I also look at NKP's platinum resource and events such as the awarding of the Mining Right.I also seek feedback from many non company sources.

Do you really think that I have enjoyed my capital being eroded?

NKP has 10% of global platinum resources. This values shares at $3. The South African legal system has thrown a spanner in the works. Pity that we were not smart enough to recognise the risk of this investment much earlier in our decision making. Many potential JV partners are not prepared to take a risk with their cash.

If the DMR and the South African Govt had been more up front with support re the awarding of the Modikwa Deeps farms it would be a new ball game. Both have been passive.

NKP is trying its best to secure a financial partner and become a miner.Genorah Res has an enormous stake in the company and wants success. We all do.

All we can do is wait for news of a partner. Once that occurs the shareprice will recover.

If you do not believe that this can occur then may i suggest you take a loss and exit.Put it down to a bad ( nightmare) experience. I am holding.
