Makattack im all for the new direction as obviously the old direction wasnt working to well but that doesnt mean you cant keep the old avenues of revenue still open.

Just because you going in a new direction doesnt mean you stop supply or selling the products to existing clients/avenues etc.

Every little sale helps so dont really understand why they burnt their bridges with the old sales avenue.

They should have conbined the old direction with the new direction which would have given them twice the exposure and still generating around $600,000 a year in revenue while exploring new avenues.

Once again a rookie mistake by management id say.
