re: Ann: Sale of Leichhardt Project for A$25m... headline sounds positive, but then check the fine print.$15 mill not payable until 2014 ( almost 2 years away) and then subject to deduction of $2.4 mill if refurbishment cost overuns. and does anyone else find it strange that there is no mention of who the purchaser is? and fine print counts the $80mill in receivables again. great timing of the announcement though....feeding the chooks ( ie us shareholders) a few crumbs to take our focus off the main games.. ie marampa and MCC.
