I think (and I could be wrong) but an on-market buy-back must be done so as NOT to manipulate the share price.

CSL has conducted a number of buybacks and the sp is now only starting to appreciate.

Agree Al1, that OZL is concentrating on operations, but I also think they are spending a lot of time on exploration at
Carrapateena and near and around P Hill. P Hill mine life extension is the key to sp appreciation.
