If you hold shares privately in Biota, there will be a conversion process so that you will end up with shares on Nasdaq (assuming the NABI deal goes through). You will then be able to trade these shares via many local brokers via their international broking options in an identical fashion to how you trade shares here - there is just a premium in the cost of each international trade - in the range of $60-$70 per trade - or a little higher or a little lower perhaps.
