The only way this can be called is if ESI get some good contracts and the clean coal industry has good investment, not just from Australia, but from OS.
I hope the good fortune continues for this one, but markets all over i feel are manipulated by bigger traders who call the highs and lows these days and when they have made enough and dump well?
