It doesn't mean that much to me. If Mr Heugh feels the record of information is inaccurate he can make a statement. I am happy to rely on the information that has been provided given there has been no evidence to the contrary.


I don't understand how you can feel it is appropriate that a manager who has been informed of a complaint against him by an employee then uses company funds to privately investigate that employee.

If Mr Heugh felt it was so appropriate to run a background check on Mr Shortt given his new level of responsibility he could have brought this up with the Board at numerous opportunities.
