As I predicted. The SP will begin moving up some time BEFORE we get the TOL. The reason is that the "Big Boys" who have inside information from their agents in the government, are reversing their shorts because they know in advance it is coming. If the rise today becomes substantial with high volume, the TOL is coming soon.
