not that i'm saying that one long lease tenant doesn't make a whole market tight...that would not be appropriate but it does show that people are delaying purchasing due to falling prices !

so what your tenant has actualy said to you is: i want to be able to rent your house for longer because the rent i pay to you is NOTHING compared to falls in prices that will save me way more money !

so much for the boom...when nobody wants to buy !

how little would they be buying if the place wasnt BOOMING !
