I cant see the point really.

The US govt will already be our Number 1 client.

I would have no problem with the US govt taking temporary control in a national emergency say if Biota Pharma were exporting LANI for bigger profits elsewhere when US tax payers essentially underwrote the LANI biz to service the USA's needs first and foremost.

Having the US govt as a client is good business... they pay their bills on time, and if they dont have the money, they will just print more of it....
