I had some more questions answered by NKP recently. normally I get told if I can pass on info.

My questions were
Hope you are well. Thanks for you previous answers, much appreciated.
I have a couple more questions for you, if you can. Sorry to bother you again, but I am starting to panic about the share price, and just seeking any information to ease my mind. It has been a long three years as a shareholder, I am worried that it is going to be another three.

1. Three potential JV partners You mentioned 3 parties, 3 different structures. In terms of the soon to be released DFS, would one of the 3 structures have to be chosen, to be able to release the final DFS? and are we still on track for DFS in May?
2. Injunction. You mention that Anglo has no injunction against us. Is there anything stopping them from getting one (eg pressure from DMR)? Is it difficult to get an injunction? It would seem a sensible approach for them to pursue, and for a court to grant, given that there is a lengthy disagreement between Anglo and DMR and rights to an asset that has been granted to someone else caught up in middle. Is it that Anglo don't need to get one yet, as we not yet at progression stage and they still have this up their sleave and can get one at any time. Or is this part of the good faith negotiations, eg we wont get an injunction against you if you keep trying to settle and we can delay further, or whatever their goal is. Also if they did get an injunction, would it weaken our position with potential JV partners? or is it the end of good faith negotiations at such a point, bringing matters to a head regardless. Or am I just worrying about something that is not relevant?
3. Any ASX updates on the way before May BFS?
4. Is there anything that you tell me about what is going on at your end to confirm progression and ease my mind?

Summary.
-May DFS delivery confirmed again, they have the draft now. Its release does not confirm which of the three partners or 3 options they could go with.
-anglo tried to get an injunction and were not able to, leaving only the distractive appeal they have now against the DMR. Whilst this is not ideal, NKP are content with it for right now but when they have a JV partner involved, they will look to get on the front foot to have it thrown out.
-DRA set to buy in at a big premium to market, possibly released to ASX before DFS.
-we will get a JV partner very soon, NKP are aware that the project needs a massive shake up.

Sell if you will, call it no good based on history of under delivering, history of let downs, history of bad timelines, history of share price. Claim cryptically that you know something but refuse to back it up. See visions, consult tea leaves, read palms or whatever reason you want to. Bag it as much as you like, my wait is almost over, it is coming together. Uncertainties are diminishing, problems are being addressed. An expert big brother will sign on. Not saying smooth sailing ahead, but certainly very good things are afoot. Good enough to be re-rated. Hold on tight dudes things are finally happening.
Virtually a completely new proposition is going to be configured in the next few weeks. A company making proposition. NKP but not as we know it. New NKP. (insert wild animal / leopard type escaping from cage analogy here).
