Hi,

SSN has to lodge the amended resolutions - the letter won't do.

The amendments must be lodged 7 business days prior to the meeting unless it is dropped which can be done on the day of the meeting.

But you can bet that amendment lodgement will follow after an update is issued.

This Friday being the last day the amendment notice must be lodged with ASX - the update can come anyday now and most probably tomorrow or Wednesday at the most.
