    I suspect that Management Personnel refers to employees, not the board.

    The last time we had this was for the removal of JH as MD.

    I suspect it's an official promotion of Dalton, to make it harder to put JH back as MD if the board gets spilled.

    I don't believe there is a need for a trading halt for that kind of announcement though, unless they wanted the halt in place before offering it.
