If you are to read point 2.3 and 3.3 of the announcement, you will notice that it says, All Directors, EXCLUDING JH, recommend that shareholders will vote in favour of the resolutions for both the shares and for the options.

That shows that he wasn't in favour of those isssue. His actions now reinforced his commitment by refraining from making any voting recommendations and/or excluding himself altogether.

He would be foolish to exclude himself from making a recommendation on the voting for those resolutions, if he was in full agreeance with that all along. It would come back and bait him you know where.

As for the way you are going to vote, it is your Democratic right to vote in whichever way you choose, and no one should make any fuss about it.

The end result of the vote at the EGM is what counts, and something that everyone should abide by.
