Jeez Cook no wonder your money goes no-where if you are spending it like that. The vast majority of what you mentioned are not necessities as such you don't have to spend that money. FYI there is far more to living life than what you mentioned and it is actually sad that people in society have to spend money like that to be happy or considered to be living life. That same $170 to $200 per week can go a long way to paying down a mortgage - forgetting interest and inflation effects you could drop your mortgage by at least $88400 in ten years. Just think how much "living" you could do then when your mortgage is well under control.
