If Beach had opened a data room would,nt that be something that shareholders should be aware of.As for Citi seeing this coming,I would'nt be surprised if Citi made this happen.
One things for certain while Citi and their mate Goldman hold a huge chunk of the company.We gonna be in for some volatile times.I believe in the quality of Beach' assets and beleive long term we will see value.
Todays trading is simply BS.
