Is Abbott a dictator? Give examples. And while your thinking of some, here are some for Gillard:
She got to be PM by a typical dictator tactic of stabbing the guy in front of her with an ice pick
She does not allow note taking at Cabinet meetings
She does not allow her Ministers to talk to the Press without her express approval
She does not allow Rudd to talk on any political issue (though I have to admit I like that directive)
She forced the Carr decision on Cabinet
She forcee Shorten to support her position on Slipper even though he, and others, had already stated a different position
She forced Barry Hall to retire so she could take his place if the PM position became untenable.
Shooting the messenger. This seems to be a central response of this Government. Whilst your thinking of examples of Abbott shooting the messenger I will present a few from this Government:

The problem is I cannot ignore what this Government has done since they got in. Particularly, since Gillard stabbed Rudd in the back. I can find, nor remember, any Government so inept financially and administratively. And I cannot think of any other Government that treated it's 'foes' so disgustingly.
It is a Government without honour and it will deservedly pay the price at the next election.
