arion, what suffering did the "west" impose upon Greece? Where was the Greek army, airforce and navy to repel the Axis forces? Were the Greeks frantically re-arming themselves in the thirties to prepare for war? How was their intelligence?
Or, were they rapidly overrun by the Germans because they were totally unprepared for war? In which case, I can't see how the west imposed the suffering upon them.
