The application has been withdrawn, as they are no longer requiring 5mw - trial completed. DERM dragged it on so we never got to prove with 5MW but were able to achieve the 1.5MW- good enough for trial purpose.

Once the so called expert panel has assessed the trial information and UCG moves out of the trial phase, the application will be to produce 300mw, cnx will proceed with a TBA partner.

I believe this was written in a round about way in their strategic review - no point wasting money on trial size plant.
