Sorry Ocka but you are totally barking up the wrong track with your prediction of NMDC taking out 40% of Mt Bevvie seperate to LCY.
There are numerous announcements & statements quoting that LCY is NMDC's Exclusive Investment vehicle in Australia.
Anything & everything purchased in Australia is going through Legacy.
So if NMDC do want the other 40% of Mt Bevan it will only be through LCY.
