SeamFriend, thanks for the reply. When I was writing my post, I thought it may already have already been covered- I haven't been keeping up well with WCL lately.
Yes, I agree that sentiment as been good, and the 25c raising price was a bonus. A poison pen, even if subtle, can be a good protective mechanism against predation. I understand that WCL and the media believed the offer to be undervalued, so WCL has merely upped the ante in the stakes.
