Right, so you are talking about the indian article where they said NMDC would take over LCY by buying 1.2m shares for $1m (from memory).
I would think Nanda may have an idea of the MC and number of shares in a Co he is a director of?

Agree there are teething issues with NMDC making international acquisitions, hence why LCY have now employed Australias premier M&A Co, Azure.
