Anyone can buy a top 40 or top 100 for that matter.

Anyone can also request to view the share holder register at any time they so require,,,, it's in the ASX rules and regs,,, as most would be well aware.

If a co is too skint ( or cagey ) to actually state they have a current copy on hand,,, they may try to hit you up with the coupla hunj it costs from time to time,,,,
