    I am sure Vintage will answer you in good time, however I would like to say that if management don't exercise every single PENOA they own.

    I cannot think of a worse signal to send to the market.

    If they do exercise all options, I would see this as being neutral . . . . . because management are expected to share the pain.

    Will you be exercising all of yours?
