    so much for them buying the stock on average of .15 does it also mean they cant buy them at .12 what a joke.maybe if they kept buying at.15 considering they have to buy 40+ million , so much for saying that this is undervalued and comforting sholders by undertaking to buy back shares which wont stop the decline.
