It's a systemic sickness Kenton and not limited to Greece. Delete greed and corruption at bank level and leave the beautiful Greece to be. One needs to audit who it was that authorised these huge loans and for what purpose they were made. Then you may have some answer to Greeces problems. Here are 5 questions that would interest me.
1: How much did they borrow?
2: For what? Where did the money go?
3: Who authorised it?
4: From whom did they borrow?
5: At what interest rate?
